Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Barefoot Management, LLC (“Barefoot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and disclose information when you visit https://barefootmgt.com, request services, place an order, or communicate with us.
It applies to our property management, cemetery management, grave opening and closing, monument services, emergency management, and related consulting activities.
We do not sell personal information, ever. We do not voluntarily disclose your personal information to another party without your explicit consent. Limited disclosures required by law are explained below.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your interactions and requested services, we may collect:
Contact and account information: Your name, organization, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and authorized representative information.
Order and service information: Service requests, quotes, approvals, scheduling details, invoices, payment status, correspondence, and records documenting completed work.
Property and cemetery information: Site addresses, plot or grave identifiers, monument specifications, installation instructions, photographs, ownership or authorization documents, permit information, and other records needed for the requested work. These records may include information about living relatives, representatives, owners, or other contacts.
Payment-related information: Billing details, transaction references, and information needed to process or document payment. The information collected depends on the payment method and provider used.
Communications: Emails, SMS/MMS messages and attachments, voicemail, call recordings, transcripts, and information you provide during customer-support interactions.
Consent records: Messaging enrollment and withdrawal records, recording consent, authorized disclosure instructions, and related dates and methods.
Website usage information: Browser and device information, pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, interaction events, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on the tools enabled and your consent choices.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary text messages or email.
2. Sources of Information
We collect information:
-
Directly from you through orders, forms, telephone calls, messages, email, and other interactions;
-
From representatives you authorize to act on your behalf;
-
From property owners, cemetery personnel, governmental offices, or other sources where permitted and relevant to the requested services; and
-
Through website technologies, including Google Analytics, subject to the consent practices described below.
If you provide information about another living person, you must have appropriate authority to provide it. Your authorization does not replace consent we must obtain directly from that person.
3. How We Use Information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
-
Respond to requests and provide quotes;
-
Obtain approvals and perform authorized services;
-
Schedule work and provide order or service updates;
-
Verify authority, locations, specifications, and required permissions;
-
Process payments and maintain business records;
-
Provide customer support and resolve complaints;
-
Improve service quality, train personnel, and conduct quality assurance;
-
Understand website performance and improve usability;
-
Protect systems and investigate suspected misuse; and
-
Comply with legal obligations and address legal claims.
We do not use our customer SMS/MMS program for promotional messages or to sell services.
4. SMS and MMS Communications
We use Twilio to support customer text messaging.
With your affirmative consent, we may send messages concerning current orders, scheduling, work progress, billing, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@barefootmgt.com or 208-684-4824.
Being a customer, accepting our Terms of Service, or receiving this Privacy Policy does not by itself enroll you in ongoing text messages.
We retain appropriate records of consent and withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we will promptly stop messages within the withdrawal’s scope. A single nonpromotional confirmation may be sent where permitted. New affirmative consent is required before enrollment resumes.
We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose mobile numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
With your explicit authorization, communications providers may process the information necessary to deliver our customer messaging program. This does not authorize them to contact you for their own marketing.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Voice Calls, Recordings, and Transcripts
We use Twilio for telephone communications. Calls may involve live representatives, automated systems, prerecorded messages, or artificial or AI-generated voices, subject to applicable consent requirements.
We use call recordings and transcripts for:
-
Quality improvement and quality assurance;
-
Personnel training and coaching;
-
Documentation of customer instructions and approvals;
-
Customer support; and
-
Review of complaints or disputed interactions.
We provide appropriate notice and obtain legally required consent before recording or performing other consent-dependent processing. Where external providers will receive personal information, we obtain explicit consent for that disclosure.
Publication of this policy does not itself establish recording consent.
If you object to recording or transcription, notify the representative. We will explain available alternatives and will not continue consent-dependent recording after you withdraw consent.
6. AI-Assisted Quality Improvement and Training
We use AI tools to assist with reviewing recordings and transcripts, identifying service issues, preparing summaries, and supporting quality assurance and personnel training.
“Training” in this policy refers to training our personnel. It does not authorize an external provider to use identifiable customer communications to train a general-purpose AI model.
Before identifiable communications are disclosed to an external AI provider, we obtain explicit consent for that disclosure and intended processing.
We seek to minimize unnecessary information supplied to AI tools and apply appropriate access restrictions. Where practicable, we remove or obscure identifiers that are unnecessary for the review.
AI-generated summaries and assessments may be inaccurate. They do not replace the original customer instruction, required authorization, or responsible personnel’s review.
Any materially different use of personal information requires appropriate notice and consent before that use occurs.
7. Google Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance and usability.
Google Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device and browser information, page views, referral information, approximate location, and interaction events, depending on the configuration enabled.
To honor our explicit-consent commitment, Google Analytics collection and associated disclosures to Google are enabled only after affirmative consent. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting services.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message contents, or other information Google prohibits in Analytics.
You may manage cookies through your browser and withdraw analytics consent through any available website consent controls or by contacting us. Browser restrictions may affect some website features.
For information about Google’s processing, see:
Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Declining analytics is separate from consenting to customer texts, telephone calls, or call recording.
8. When Information Is Disclosed
Disclosures You Explicitly Authorize
We may disclose information to a recipient you specifically authorize, such as a property owner, cemetery authority, contractor, governmental office, or designated representative, for the purpose explained when consent is obtained.
We limit the disclosure to information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Service Providers
We use providers such as Twilio, Google Analytics, and AI tools to support our operations.
Because these providers may receive information, we obtain explicit consent before voluntarily disclosing personal information to them. Where a requested service requires provider processing, we explain that requirement and available alternatives before proceeding.
Consent to provider processing does not authorize sale of the information or its use for another party’s marketing.
Legally Required Disclosures
We may disclose information without consent when required by applicable law, a valid court order, or other binding legal process.
We limit these disclosures as legally appropriate and provide notice when permitted and appropriate.
No Sale or Marketing Transfer
We do not sell personal information. We do not provide personal information to other parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
A business transfer does not independently authorize transfer of identifiable customer information contrary to this policy. Such a transfer requires explicit consent or applicable legal authority.
9. Information Handled for Management Clients
When managing property or cemetery records for another organization, our authority may be limited by that client’s agreement and applicable law.
Certain record-access, correction, or disclosure requests may need to be addressed by the responsible owner, cemetery, governmental body, or other organization.
We will explain our role and help direct requests appropriately. These arrangements do not eliminate our own legal duties.
Records maintained for public entities may be subject to public-records requirements. We cannot promise confidentiality where disclosure is required by law.
10. Retention
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to perform services, maintain required records, document consent, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Retention depends on the record type. Property and cemetery records may require longer retention than routine website or quality-assurance records.
We periodically assess whether recordings, transcripts, and quality-review materials remain necessary.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, securely dispose of it, or render it nonidentifiable, subject to legal holds and backup limitations.
We may retain limited opt-out information to prevent unwanted communications even after other records are deleted.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations.
These may include access restrictions, personnel instructions, authentication controls, and appropriate provider protections.
No website, communication channel, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
If an incident triggers notification obligations, we will provide the notices required by applicable law.
12. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to:
-
Request information about personal information we maintain about you;
-
Request correction of inaccurate information;
-
Request deletion where applicable;
-
Withdraw consent to voluntary disclosures;
-
Withdraw SMS/MMS consent;
-
Raise concerns about recordings, transcripts, or AI processing; or
-
Ask questions about website analytics.
We will evaluate requests under applicable law, our role concerning the records, and relevant contractual responsibilities.
We may reasonably verify identity and authority before releasing records or making changes. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method.
Deletion may be limited by recordkeeping requirements, legal claims, other persons’ rights, or obligations concerning property or cemetery records.
Withdrawal applies prospectively. It does not undo completed lawful processing. If withdrawal prevents performance of a requested service, we will explain the effect and any available alternatives.
We do not treat receipt of this policy or continued website use as blanket consent to every collection or disclosure.
13. Children
Our website and online ordering functions are intended for adults and authorized organizational representatives, rather than children under 13.
Service records may contain information about minors when necessary for an authorized request or legal obligation.
If you believe a child submitted personal information through our website without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. External Websites and Provider Locations
Our website may link to external websites whose practices are governed by their own policies.
Authorized service providers may process information outside Idaho or elsewhere in the United States and, depending on the provider, in other countries.
Where additional notice, consent, or safeguards are required, we will address those requirements before the relevant processing.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy and will identify the effective date of the revised version.
For material changes affecting the use or disclosure of personal information, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain new consent where required.
A policy update does not retroactively authorize sale, marketing disclosure, or another materially different use of information.
